Eyebrows really are key. I rarely wear makeup at all anymore, but I still feel confident if my eyebrows look good.

Lol same! I always had strong pointed brows and I love them. I thank god for the lady who used to cut my hair in her kitchen who only waxed a little underneath and refused to wax them into tiny lines like everyone else was doing circa 1998. My one successful investment (and I wasn’t even the one smart enough to realize it was an investment lol)

I also have thick dark eyebrows and my mom has told me, practically since birth, to never thin them. Her best ever advice

Same here. I have never fucked with my eyebrows because:

1. When I was a kid my mother told me they’re great as they are and I’d regret messing with them

2. When I was a teen, my classmates mutilated theirs and I was horrified

3. Thick and natural is back <3

Mine are ugly because I have a scar on one and hair won't grow on that part so they always look awful and IDK what to do.

You can try putting some eyeshadow primer on the scar, that should help brow products stick better :)

^ I actually think this, too. I am sure this sounds odd to people, but I think scars and burns are similar to tattoos because they make people more visually interesting.

seriously! i get mine threaded and i always feel like a boss when they're nicely shaped and looking fetch. i don't care about the makeup, i need the brows to look 🔥
