My male friend and I actually really love eggplants, we bonded over eating delicious eggplant dishes while traveling abroad. So we actually send each other eggplant emojis in place of hearts. Which is why I can never use it while sexting

gorl it's so easy! Roast an eggplant in the oven (cut in half and put it cut side down on a tray) for like 30 minutes until soft. Then pulse that with tahini, salt, lemon, garlic, some pepper in a food processor. Salt and pepper should go in after, to taste.

I LOVE eggplant and tofu hot pots, I looked it up and apparently they are braised, which makes sense as to why they are delicious. Just so garlicy and savory. Overall when I cook I like to use Chinese eggplants but they so get mushy easily. For American eggplant, I find grilling is delicious and there are lots of ways to change it up
