• Entertainment Weekly is moving to a monthly print schedule.
• Current editorial chief Henry Goldblatt is stepping down after 17 years, and JD Heyman is taking over as editor in chief.
• They are going to produce more digital exclusive

we got EW growing up and i used to read that thing cover to cover

yeah i used to read it as a kid and it really was a huge step to my cinephile ways back in the 90s, so this is a bit sad to hear

this was the second magazine i ever subscribed to when i was younger (the first being disney adventures lol). truly the end of an era.

That Buffy cover is one of my faves! They need to do a reprint so I can get my hands on it.

Hmm, some magazines survive that change, but on this subject..

On the other hand i can still be surprised by people that get their entertainment news from paper, so who knows.
