Today for the 7th anniversary of their hit song "Clarity", Matthew Koma ('Younger' star Hilary Duff's fiancé) called out Zedd in an open letter where he said "shitty people suck and when they're successful, people are afraid to blow the whistle."

Matthew explains that when they first started working together and after their first two big songs "Clarity" and "Spectrum" were released, Zedd started giving interviews about the "lyrics he wrote" despite Matthew being the one who wrote every words and melody and then Zedd tried to not pay him for singing on "Spectrum".
He also claims that these days, Zedd has a team of people who write and produce everything for him.
