‘Stranger Things’ releases official season 3 poster + new on-set pics

• The poster teases new locations where the main action is going down this season: The Starcourt Mall, Hawkins Fun Fair, and a warehouse location we haven’t seen before.

• New season drops July 4.

It was fine. I liked it as much as season 1 but I know a lot of people didn’t like it (episode 7 is especially divisive). I say watch it for Noah Schnapp’s performance, and for Sean Astin and Joe Keery, and the nice fall feel.

I think the fall setting suits the show better than summer.

I just realized that they missed an opportunity with the boys as Ghostbusters and Eleven as a ghost on Halloween.

Yeah I love the fall setting for this show a lot more too. The fatal flaw of season 2 is that they kept Eleven away from the main story and the boys for way too long. imo she wasn’t a strong enough character to carry a story on her own. I wouldn’t be surprised if they kept her apart just bc they loved that image of her entrance in episode 8

They get smaller and smaller each season lmao. Nancy doesn’t deserve it tbh, and she doesn’t deserve being stuck carrying his story every season

Nancy should be one of my favorites. She's clearly a feminist who takes her own initiatives. But she can't have her own storyline and must be paired with the boring Nice Guy who took naked pictures of her, so...🙄

I really hope this season is good. Idk, but I've had a bad feeling about this season, and how much more they can do with this show.
