No because there are plenty of short people who have complete rhythm. The best way to describe it is this: God was uploading the gift of rhythm to her body, and half way through, the upload gets interrupted and the file got corrupted. God couldn’t be bothered to reupload it so he just packaged her the way she is and moved on. That’s why her dancing skills comes off incomplete.
