Kevin Federline is reportedly not allowing his ex-wife, Britney Spears, to spend any additional time with their two sons, 13-year-old Preston and 12-year-old Jayden while she battles her lifelong conservatorship in court.

A source close to the former back-up dancer revealed to US Magazine, “Kevin won’t allow the boys to spend more time with their mother until Britney is once again stable and therapeutic on medication. He allows the boys to spend time with Britney, but it’s at his discretion.”

Kevin, who is currently unemployed and a full-time dad, receives $35,000 a month from Britney in child support payments.

Britney is in the midst of a legal battle, asking for legal freedom from her father and appointed conservator Jamie Spears, who she revealed admitted her to a mental hospital against her will.
