Honestly so many disappointing looks this year. Where are all the Russian oligarchs who know how to bring the crazy? Where are the American stars who know to bring the drama? Out of this bunch I only like Moore, Swinton and ironically Kelly Reichardt who refused to really dress up aside from a pair of heels. Minimalist queen! Love her!
