- This has nothing to do with, c, The Artist Formerly Known as Grimes or Perdue Factory employee Azealia Banks and them being subpoenaed
- Musk made an accusatory, defamatory tweet about rescue diver Vernon Unsworth who dismissed Musk's idea of using a submarine
- Musk called the man a 'pedo' and Unsworth quickly hired lawyers for Musk to retract his statment
- Well Elon Musty did not and Unsworth filed a defamation suit against the Tesla CEO who has had to deal with other legal troubles such as having to answer to the SEC, being sued by shareholders and Tesla's dropping stock
- Musk is trying to get the suit dismissed because he thought his insult on the internet was protected from legal action by the First Amendment(How Sway!?!?!?!?) but the judge set the trial for October 22 in Los Angeles
- Unsworth is seeking $75K in damages
