Justin Bieber, who has repeatedly praised Chris Brown (calling him the greatest entertainer of all time), posted on instagram that Michael Jackson + Tupac = Chris Brown. He said that Chris Brown's talent is overlooked because of a "mistake" he made and that people will finally give him the credit he deserves after he passes away from a long full life.
