Makes the point that most of the women in the film felt like cameo's and fan service. Okoye, Valkyrie and Pepper were mostly glorified cameo's throughout the film.

1000%. Tony's child, who exists solely to make us sad for iron man, got more screen time than any of the female heros other than black widow. :/

No duh, the MCU has always struggled with their female characters. A lot of the time they’re just there, like scenery. Only men would think killing off the solo female founding member of the Avengers would be a good look. (Which hey, let’s talk about how the Wasp was right there for them to use)

I will say Nebula was my fave in this movie but it’s like the writers have a one well-written female character quota. The same happened with TWS, Natasha was written well but Sharon was sidelined
