He’s the primary caregiver now while she’s in treatment. If there’s going to be a permanent change to their custody arrangement than fine but having to care for your children “90% of the time” for a month while your co parent is away doesn’t make you the primary caregiver.

I understand that he’s legally entitled to it but it’s such a low blow given the circumstances.

They just settled on the new payments for child support a few months ago, Jamie nearly dies, has two surgeries, isn’t getting any better, Britney checks in for help, and now he’s considering taking her back to court and stress her out for more money? Idk, It’s just shitty. Especially when this arrangement is only for one month.
