I love cold brew made with a nice blonde roast, it's less acidic and bitter. I feel bad because my mom bought me a Keurig for Christmas a couple years ago (I had a re-usable k-cup and ground my own coffee because fuck those wasteful pods), and it's literally just collecting dust on my counter, and I'm thinking about getting rid of it. I bought a $10 french press that I use to make cold brew a couple times a week instead.
