From what I understand (granted I have zero legal knowledge) he’s not indicting any more people; however, his main job was to investigate and make a report, and he doesn’t actually have the authority to indict people himself? The people he indicted himself were because of obstruction of justice of the actual investigation.

Again IDK if that's accurate.

Thus, the states and federal courts could still pressed charges if there are any.

Honestly though, if there are going to be no further indictments, I actually HOPE Donald Trump didn’t do what he did, and is just an idiot. That's actually the best case scenario I can think of--rather than finding out he did what we've thought all along. I still believe he did do it though, and I haaaaaaaate this man.
