Leighton Meester's Gossip Girl co-star Blake Lively has rather famously and pretty much undeniably had plastic surgery, but has Leighton Meester?
Inspired by THIS post where people speculated among other things that Leighton had had: a nose job, new veneers, fillers and/or a brow lift. Other people, including yours truly, argued that it's been 7 years since GG ended and in that time Leighton has lost her baby cheeks, aged from her mid 20s into her early 30s, changed up her hair and eyebrows, and had a baby.
