Glad, she is doing ok now and decided to share her story.

I didn't realize she was still basically a teenager when she was dating Manson. Did Dita ever say anything about their (Dita and Manson) relationship?

Dita said being with him made her nix the idea of having kids during their relationship. I think she also said he used to have tantrums too? I'll google.

She has hinted he was emotionally abusive and had substance abuse issues. She had times in interviews where she seemed like she was still in love with him and conflicted.

ya i was going to say. she walked out the night before christmas. that's not evan's fault, obviously. but people forget that. good for her, though. she never looked back.

She said that Marilyn left her for a person who enabled the lifestyle he wanted and not the one she wanted with him. Evan was young and I guess was more tolerant (or manipulated into accepting) of M's partying and drug use.

I can't look at pictures of Evan/Manson and not think he picked her because she was young & naive. Easy to manipulate.
