Detroit police said they are aware of allegations that R. Kelly raped a 13 year old girl in a hotel in Detroit in 2001.
She visited Kelly in Atlanta for four years and claims that he gave her herpes. She no longer lives in Michigan but detectives plan to fly her in for an interview.
