"Doesn't that sound familiar?" Yes, as it was a short film by the same name that came out earlier this month, a story about an extremely picky man when it comes to marriage, until one woman decides to give it the old college try.
The short involves Chan's character dating this man, not knowing about his list of demands for a wife. No word in how much the story will change for the full-length feature.
The period-drama-romantic-comedy will be directed by Emma Holly Jones and will cast color conciously (AKA: less whites), and that starts with having Gemma and Freida reprise their roles in the full-length film.
