- The ending of The Notebook has "Noah and Allie (played by James Garner and Gena Rowlands) dying in bed together as she remembers him for a moment before they pass"
- But the ending of UK version of The Notebook has "the film just abruptly ends with footage of birds flying over a lake, according to fans on Twitter"
After numerous complaints, Netflix sent this tweet about situation
Things you should know…
- we did not edit the notebook
- an alternate version exists and was supplied to us
- we are getting to the bottom of it asap
- apparently some films have more than one ending?!
