so what's the general consensus on this album? i don't want to get my hopes up too much

not as solid/cohesive as Body Talk but definitely something interesting/new, feels like a natural step if that makes sense

It took a bit for this album to grow on me, but I really like it for the most part. It doesn't have the monster hits that Body Talk had, but "Honey" is fucking great, and I like this song, "Between the Lines" and "Send to Robin Immediately" in particular.

I hate "Beach2k20" though.

i love it. if you're looking for Body Talk type bops then this album probably isn't for you. as for me, i continue to jam to the Baby Forgive Me - Send to Robin Immediately - Honey sequence, it's my favorite thing in her whole discography
