i don't think they wouldn't have instituted it if it would significantly hurt their traffic. it still doesn't deal with child porn whatsoever or the nazis or the pornbots or the russian trolls. but they got a new interface to commemorate them doing absolutely nothing. it has worked magnificiently to redirect anger
