there are so many delicious things i don't eat or try to limit myself because of their larger impact.
being pushed to not eat meat is completely different from the opposite. when you eat meat you impact even those who do not eat meat, whereas that isn't true if you follow a plant based died. the people who suffer the most are people who barely eat meat as it is as they come from countries where it is considered a privilege. but ok don't feel pushed.

The fact that lettuce was putting people in the hospital has honestly just thrown everything out the damn window for me. 😂. Damned if you do , damned if you don’t. I don’t eat meat with every meal but if I choose to indulge in a steak then I will from time to time. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I feel everything gets a bad wrap at some point or another. my point was don't yuck my yum, and don't force-feed anything down my throat. let me eat what i want, and i'll let you eat what you want. truth be told i don't even eat much meat, but if i do, i will, i enjoy it.
