Legs, armpits and bikini area. My hair grew super fast and I had a lot of ingrown hairs (and I never shaved btw, always waxed, but I've tried everything and still had them).
My hair went away completely. It was painful but so worth it.

For another perspective, I've been doing laser for like two years and I still get hair growth. It's finer and less so but still definitely there - my underarms in particular were down to barely anything and then have now come right back to almost pre-laser levels, apparently that's not uncommon for underarms to react quickly initially and then recover and take longer to actually remove the hair long term.

Having said that, I still definitely prefer it to shaving or waxing. Shaving wasn't really an option for me anyway because my ingrowns would be so bad, and they were pretty bad with waxing too, and waxing hurts more. So I just see it as a maintenance treatment the same as waxing, but less painful and more effective, rather than considering it permanent.

same. my ingrowns were a nightmare, the laser saved my poor skin.

I just had my 1st shr laser session last week for my armpits. prices have become fairly affordable in comparison to waxing prices - 6-8 laser sessions are still cheaper than what I spent for regular waxing/sugaring during the past years

Not the OP but I live in Brazil, and laser has become pretty affordable here compared to how it was 5/10 years ago. I paid 5k total to get my legs, arms, underarms and full bikini/ass line lasered, 10 sessions for each area.

Switzerland - i wouldn't say its affordable per se, the place I go to charges about 50 chf for armpits, which would be 300 in total but that's still less than the 20 chf every few weeks for 5 years of waxing
