I cannot believe that’s an actual remake of the fantastic French movie. The trailer looked like a spoof!

I told my parents about this and they're upset about it too.

I did a double take when I saw Nicole Kidman in the trailer, lol. When was the last time she was in a goofy comedy? Bewitched?

I know it's the popular opinion to clown on DC but no joke I think Aquaman is the best superhero movie perhaps ever and I will vehemently defend this opinion lololol

I just watched the trailer. It looks awful! I hate Kevin Hart's "comedy"

I'm just gonna leave this here:

Bryan Cranston is trending for being cast as a quadriplegic man. I see lots of people defending him, saying it's his job as an actor. As a disabled actor myself, let me point out that such roles are the ONLY roles disabled actors would be considered for... yet we still aren't.

Exactly. In theory/a-perfect-world, Cranston's comments make sense, buttttt as mentioned above -- disabled actors, in many cases, only would ever be considered to play disabled characters.. yet they're NOT. Instead we want to marvel and congratulate basic actors and their 'amazing metamorphosis/transformation' rather than actually giving real opportunities to talented people, whether gay, disabled, etc. It's a real problem in Hollywood.

This is on point

Someone said to me 'well they wanted a big name to draw a crowd.. how many A list quadriplegic actors are out there?' And I'm like 'and did you ever wonder WHY there aren't any?' At one point in the not too distant past there were no A list black actors, openly gay, etc either. It's the system!
