I love this show and I'm forever salty that Brianna and Bud got axed in favor of the much more basic Mallory and Coyote

Sorry ax'd is probably the wrong word, but I got the feeling they were going to be going that way in season one. then in season two they very quickly put them with two very uninteresting love interests even though Bud and Brianna had amazing chemistry.

It felt like a really sharp pivot.

tbh i still feel TONS of Bud/Brianna chemistry and I don't know why they've gone this route with Bud's girlfriend who everyone hates getting pregnant. But tbh, June Diane Raphael has chemistry with everyone so maybe they just can't control it.

Mallory and Coyote make sense in the opposites attract kind of way, whereas Brianna and Bud’s chemistry is AMAZING...but I think would be a disaster romantically. I liked her storyline with the accountant
