Hey, friend! Haven't spoke to you in a while, crazy what happened with 76... What are your thoughts on it, if you don't mind me asking? In anyway event, I hope Bethesda can overcome this mess.
i knew what i was buying. But, i thought that just reading holotapes and terminal entries alone was gonna hold my interest (as i like that lore stuff).
But i find the game kinda boring. I don't really wanna interact with other players. And there's no need to. Maybe i need to try with people i know irl, rather than random people. And while settlement building was a fun thing to do when i wanted a break from doing quests, i dont care about the camp in 76. Made a barebones one.
Yep. I am pretty much of the same opinion as you and had the same experience. Also doesn't help that I'm watching someone on Youtube experience Fallout 3 and New Vegas for the first time. It's a joy seeing them experience the stories/writing/characters, Bethesda literally took out Fallout's most important aspects and gave us a big empty world with nothing to do.
Watching him play the older games for the first time, just drives home how lacking 76 is. I still play 76 from time to time, because it's Fallout (sort of), and I'll always love adventuring in these games.
I'm nervous for the Elder Scrolls now, I hope they don't try to fuck with that title too...
Lol this cute video game gay nerds exchange is cute. I’m going to text and tease my friend Jake who games around this time on his PC.
I need to get back into video gaming and my Nintendo Switch is helping me start again but who has the time with having to adult now more than ever. 🤷🏽♂️
If they would’ve have just had npcs especially for the missions so it could feel like a real fallout game they wouldn’t have got half the flack. It feels like they worked on this game for 6 months

I'm very interested in Starfield as well.
But, who knows when that will release.
I wonder if they can someone save 76, so far it's looking like a hopeless case.
Each week there is a new scandal tied to it LMAO

I dont think they're gonna ever bother to add NPCs/story based quests with non humans...but that would help.
