i think a racoon is jumping in throguh my kitche window at nights? just this week i've had a bag of dried fruit ripped open and spread across my kitchen floor (with significantly less than it had before it was opened) and last night something came in and ate all my almonds. i guess i can't leave things on the bottom shelf any more...at least if i'm going to keep my windows open? it's never happened before this week and i'm perplexed. (i can tell it's some sort of animal bc of the teeth marks on the plastic bags...and obvs it has to be small like a racoon or fox bc the window opening is maybe 4in)

i can't, i live in the dorms. if it's rats i'd be impressed bc it's a very small open plan kitchen with a heavy door separating it from the rest of the flat. and i'm the only one here. there aren't rats in my room (it's also small and i'd see them if they were here) and there aren't rats in the hallway. or any of the other flats (unless they are living in there behind the locked doors).

it's prob just a racoon or fox. i won't leave anything on the bottom shelf anymore. if it becomes a problem i'll bring it up w/residences. but their answer will be just to close the window. whihc i will if it continues to be an issue
