I hate that he's in Parks and Rec for a whole season. The only silver lining is that he's played a character that's pretty much the opposite of Louis so it's not too bad to get through.

I doubt she knew. They were friends but it's not like he would do this shit around her (or anyone who had any real influence to stop it). And maybe she heard rumors but nobody had made any allegations yet.

I feel like being outside of the situation it's easy to look at things in black and white but I can't imagine if any of my work colleagues or friends was accused and then admitted to assault. I said it in another comment but while part of me is angry that she never made a statement, it's not like she was complicit or has his back. She chose to deal with her feelings about it privately.

kind of echoing what above user said but maybe because she had more pull in the industry, he didn't do it around her. or knew he could get away with it in front of other people, like sarah silverman, versus her. or maybe amy did say something and we just never knew.
