The SAG nominations were announced, and as with all awards, there were glaring omissions and snubs (and baffling surprises). Here are the biggest ones.

-- The total shutout of hyper buzzed-about 'If Beale Street Could Talk', including actress Regina King, who is probably still currently frontrunner to win best supporting actress.
-- The total shutouts of “Roma,” “First Man” and “Widows,” including lead actress Yalitza Aparicio (Roma), supporting actress Claire Foy (First Man), and actresses Viola Davis and Elizabeth Debicki (Widows)
-- Top contenders 'The Favourite' and 'Vice' missing out on Best Ensemble (though it got individual nods), and instead those went to 'Bohemian Rhapsody' and arguably 'A Star is Born'

-- Ethan Hawke, who's been nearly sweeping the critics circuit for best actor, got snubbed for his lead work in 'First Reformed'
-- Emily Blunt getting two acting nominations, for lead (Mary Poppins Returns, which is now getting amazing reviews) and supporting in 'A Quiet Place'
-- Margot Robbie's out-of-nowhere supporting actress nomination for 'Mary Queen of Scots' even though costar Saoirse Ronan got nothing
