Seeing The Favourite tomorrow, so excited.

Really need Vox Lux, If Beale Street Could Talk, and Mary, Queen of Scots to come to here immediately instead of making me wait, stop hating me @distributors.

Literally just left The Favourite and I’m willing to eat crow and admit that Emma Stone is in fact a good actress. It was such and interesting and weird movie, I want to see it again.

Next week I’m going to see Roma (so happy they’re screening in theatres it where I live) and I’m going to try and see Shoplifters if I can swing it.

God, I didn't really care about her one way or another before, but she was so good in this! And I personally thought the film benefitted from a second viewing, so I'd recommend it.

i haven't seen it yet, but i was really surprised to see Saoirse and Margot didn't get GG noms today

Yeah, it's not too out of left field considering that there hasn't been any buzz for them, but I am disappointed because they were both good. Though Saoirse definitely has more to do.
