back in the pleistocene era here i heard talk of ontd moving to its own website using the open source version of livejournal but the um...circumstances* which brenden and liz used to take ownership of the site probably would have opened them to all kinds of legal repercussions. if lj goes down i can still see an ontd off shoot being made by random users with a dif name, though.

I really do hope it lasts a long while. ONTD is one of the largest social justice sites I frequent. Other than here, it’s usually reddit which is a dumpster fire, mostly. Y’all are fucking funny and wonderful people.
