Idk based on her hair texture but I don't know black people do this and it looks like that. It's called a twist out. You twist braid the hair and sit under a dryer forever and untwist. Or you can sleep with it overnight then take it down. It lasts. I do that style a lot lol

that's because she's had her hair, nose and lips done. in the before photo she looks very much like a typical swedish girl (who are not all blonde and blue eyed).

gurl check your eyewear. she has no lips in the before photo and her nose is wider. plus she had very little arch in her eyebrows so she most likely had fillers there.
