lmfao but it's reasonable for jobs for us regular folks to have them for jobs? also it's not like a background check is even hard these days. it's all paperwork then done through the police, the most the studio would have to do is wait/pay.

Yeah, he might have a small role but he's still an employee and all employees should be required to go through a background check. There are so many liability issues that can come up if you don't do a background check.
