- Moulin Rouge! The Musical is coming to Broadway after its Boston tryout.
- The musical adapation of Baz Luhrmann's film will set up shop at the Al Hirschfield Theater on June 28, 2019 and officially open on July 25th, 2019.
- The stars from the current incarnation are coming with the production, including Aaron Tveit, Karen Olivo, and Danny Burstein.
- Features a book by John Logan, direction by Alex Timbers, and choreo by Sonya Tayeh. Justin Levine is responsible for the music, with Matt Stein as the music producer.
- Denée Benton, best known for her role as Natasha in Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812, has been cast as Eliza Hamilton in the Broadway company of Hamilton.
- She had her first performance on October 30th.
