I really love how it all fits together and feels like a really cohesive piece of work. There is a level of confidence to it all and doesn't have that "And here's that weird song that is there because we're trying for a big pop hit"

OPs analysis of the album is spot on. Def reminds me of E=MC2 which I adored. This is a great album, and I already like it way more than her last. Flawless Queen. She’s coming to Detroit and I really want to go since I haven’t seen her since the E=MC2 tour but my BFF just got engaged and is planning on being wed within a year so there goes my social life.

It’s one of my favorite Mariah eras and I’m not a casual fan! I also met her in that era which was life changing so I have an extra special spot in my heart for it.
