Is she actually a good pop artist? Besides her ass tattoo, her safe word being don't stop, and the fact that she had a baby with 1/5 of One Direction I don't know that much about her but some ONTD members and Twitter seem to stan.

Not a good pop artist but a nice performer, yes. She can't reach a note to save her life but she used to be a good dancer. Vocally she's just a british Selena Gomez but without studio singers doing the vocals for her.

Selena used to say Cheryl was her idol which used to crack me up because they're one and the same - very beautiful women with weak vocals but enough popularity to sell music.
