aww haha. i can see why she was taken aback but i also don't think he was rude. he was prob needing to rush off and didn't have time for anything more than a quick pic.

I don't think setting his personal boundaries is a negative thing. Everyone has the right to say no.

I don’t know if he was needing to rush off or not, it seemed like he was more annoyed and acting a bit abrupt because she thrust the camera at them both without introducing herself first and asking if it would be okay to film him. I guess she just got carried away when she saw him and wasn’t thinking, but honestly that is pretty rude to just start automatically with no hello or anything, I would be annoyed too

yeah everyone on my tl was wildly overreacting to this but the tea is she jumped into his face with a video already started when he appeared to be trying to go inside his hotel or wherever he was, and he has the right to feel like that's invasive (it is) and/or say no. also, in general, the whole "can you make a video for my 75 friends who aren't here instead of just taking a picture with me to commemorate this moment" culture is stupid as fuck anyway, so.
