I am still completely baffled as to how anyone thinks The Big Bang Theory is funny.

it's shot infront of a live studio audience, which is where most of the "laugh" comes from
also the most critically lauded multi-cams have a laugh track, so what's your point?

agreed. but i do respect the cast for taking pay cuts to give mayim and melissa more equal pay. but i'm jut glad it's ending. i think most of the cast can do better. the exception being kaley who is the millennial jennifer aniston.

It's weird to think of TBBT as this decade's Friends.

As someone who was in the world of academic science, I wonder whether TBBT, because of its massive viewership had a negative or positive impact on the public's view of scientists. I got the sense that the scientists were always the butt of the joke, though.

i wouldnt even know what to do with those kinds of millions.and the show was funny the first season.
