This was no surprise as Godney's first residency raked in $137.7 million during its four-year stay at Planet Hollywood. Spears' success on the Strip has inspired a string of her pop contemporaries including Jennifer Lopez, Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga, among others to also take up Las Vegas residencies.
