Michelle Williams' BFF Busy Philipps has a new memoir (This Will Only Hurt a Little) out now and in it she talks Michelle and Heath's relationship and break up.
She says of their break up, "I felt sad for both of them but weirdly like something would be figured out and it wasn’t the end of the story for them...They were just working all the time and it was complicated."
Heath died of an accidental prescription drug overdose at 28 years old in 2008, five months after his break up with Michelle. Michelle and Heath's daughter is now 12 and Michelle got married this past June to musician Phil Elverum.
