I'm not one of those people who hate feet or anything, but no way would I do this. I wouldn't even give a foot rub to somebody or let them do it to me.

lmao I know that feeling well. I've had foot problems for a couple of years and at every appointment they'd do an examination and I hated it so much. I have no problem getting undressed at other appointments - I had two ECGs this year and I had no problem getting completely topless in front of a total stranger - but when it comes to fet.. idk it just doesn't sit right with me.

I have midfoot arthritis in both feet, so there is def potential for physical discomfort and that is a big part of why I dislike people touching my feet.

I may have had it since I was 6 or 7 lmao (I'm 30 now) so I'm somewhat used to the pain being there. I do give myself foot rubs, but because I know what hurts and how much, so I can work around it but somebody else would end up causing more trouble. I do love back rubs though.

I'll let a professional do it. Pedis are fine, and I've gotten a foot rub as part of a full-body massage. I suppose if I had an SO who really liked rubbing my feet, I'd let them as long as I got to clean them up first. But keep ya nasty feet away from me.
