Montgomery County Judge Steven T. O’Neill has sentenced Bill Cosby to three to ten years in prison for a case of sexual assault in 2004. The judge had previously called Cosby a “sexually violent predator” and Cosby will be subject to lifetime reporting requirements, meaning that he will have to inform law enforcement authorities where he resides at any given time. Cosby was previously found guilty in April 2018 molesting Temple University basketball coach Andrea Constand.
