LOL my last job I was told I was difficult to work with because I asked a superior to stop touching me. Literally, to not physically touch me. I quit that place. It was my word against his and guess who our male manager believed?

I'm "hard to work with"... okay.

Having boundaries = hard to work with. They sound like a lovely duo. Sorry that you had to deal with that shit.

OMG. That is gross. Too hard to work with = Not allowing someone to touch you? It just makes zero sense.

Right before I quit a shitty retail job, I was told that I was "abrasive." This same person is a retired math teacher and told his students that women just weren't good at math. So, you know.

No worries. I gave 2 weeks but was like “fuck it, I don’t want to work here at all.” It was a Friday night, I was scheduled to work, and we were paid that day. I walked in, picked up my check and left. Like I said, it was a shitty retail job and I was leaving to go to a well paying job that I stayed at for 10 years.

That's so fucking gross, I'm sorry :( one of the managers at my old job was really touchy and while I didn't think he meant it in a skeezy way (altho who knows), I always wanted to tell him to stop but I knew everyone in the whole building would turn on me if I said something because he was everyone's favorite manager

People in positions of power who do this kind of shit are so disgusting to me.. I mean anyone in general but if they're in the position of power I feel like they think nothing will happen.. and unfortunately a lot of the time, nothing happens

I didn't. But I also complained to upper management twice about a coworker who sexually harassed customers and coworkers. And since the coworkers wouldn't say anything (they wanted to be liked) - it just looked like I was trying to stir up trouble... god forbid I want to stop harassment.
