I just don't understand the point of her character. The show would have stayed exactly the same without her.

How is she on the main credits when she’s barely appeared on the show? Scott Glenn and Noel Fisher had waaaay bigger parts and aren’t in the credits. I only assume it’s because there is some bigger plan for her character but I have no idea what it is. Either that or they cut a lot of that character before it made it to air.
