I stand corrected then. I would imagine aging has something to do with it as well; very few people look as fresh faced in their 40s-50s as they did in their 20s.

I agree to an extent - people love to comment on how old people look (paul rudd comes to mind) when they're nearing 50 because the memory they have of people is from the 90s. and we tend to think og the 90s being not that long ago.

Norman went from looking 32 to 52 in five years. thats whats shocking to people

people are judging the fact that his excessive smoking and lack of brushing his hair is destroying his looks. he can easily change that by getting a hair cut.

No one is talking about if his nose is too big or doesnt have nice eyes, or a symmetric face. people just want him to get a hair cut

Or at least have his hair look washed. I can understand him looking dirty and such for the show. Makes perfect sense for the character. But in his real life? And when the show's not filming? We're not saying he needs to be in a three piece suit, but him just resembling someone who showers would be nice.
