Charlie Sheen will be touring Australia later this year

Appearing on an episode of The Project, he reveals the origin of his catchphrase ‘winning’.

Charlie said it was a conversation with a big-name star.

'I'd had a conversation with someone the day before, I can't say who but it was someone I was a big fan of, and they said we're a little bit different and we have Adonis DNA.

'He said, "most of the time we're just winning." This really struck me in a way and the following day I did that famous interview where it all imploded."

'When I went back to my friend and said, "sorry about that, I didn't mean to steal your thunder," he said, "no it's okay, clearly it wound up in the right guy's brain and mouth."'
