She had some shit follow up albums to her big successes and couldn't keep her original gimmick interesting forever, but also failed to create a new gimmick that worked for her. I mean she tried it with the country thing, but...

Fame monster was good but began getting weird. Then she got really experimental/concepty with each album to follow. I don’t understand how she could get so bored of her debut sound in just one album. People weren’t sick of it yet and still unanimously say just dance etc are their favorite songs of hers. She refuses to make anything like them. I don’t get it
