The person basically says that they're attracted to Jared Leto and how he moves in this role, the grillz and ... Damaged tattoos notwithstanding.
Bit of a "Wow daddy would HATE this!" kind of way. Perhaps they just ignored the carefully situated knife display?

Unlike the rest of ONTD, I did not see this movie after vehelmently boycotting it, so reading the paragraph where the author says he's not quite a bad guy? Though he does try to remove magic from earth - Now THAT'S a dick move!
8. The entire production - I mean, Luke Evans as GASTON in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST (2017).
Gosh, it doesn't disturb me to see you, Gaston. The source says "unlike the Beast, he doesn’t kidnap Belle and hold her as a prisoner in his gaudy, overdone castle.", which is legitimately hilarious.
