Indie Film Release Guide: July 13th [An ONTD Original]

Jul 12, 2018 12:41

New this week in big studio releases are that one where The Rock fights a building (Skyscraper), and that one where it may surprise you to know they are already on the third one (Hotel Transylvania 3). And if you haven't already seen Sorry to Bother You, it's going into wider release this weekend, and the filmmaker is encouraging people to check it out. But if none of those options are grabbing you, here are some of the indie films coming to theaters this weekend.

Note that some of the movies listed are in their first week or two of limited release in the USA, so it may take them a few more weeks (or months) to show up in your local arthouse theater or on VOD. Check out the posts from the past few weeks for more movies that may have just opened near you: July 6th, June 29, and June 22.
