-It's been 2 years since Elizabeth Banks was announced as director of the upcoming reboot of the Charlies Angels movie and it looks like she finally found her first Angel.
-Naomi Scott who played Kimberly Hart in the rebooted Power Rangers movie and Jasmine in the upcoming Aladdin live action adaption has joined the movie.
-Kristen Stewart and Lupita Nyong’o are said to be in talks to join as the other 2 Angels.
-The movie has a June 7th 2019 release date but no word if Sony will stick or get pushed back.
-Charlies Angels found revival success in the 2000 film that was set in the original series universe with Drew Barrymore, Lucy Liu, and Cameron Diaz.
-NBC attempted to reboot the series on tv by changing the concept to 3 former criminals. It sucked and got canceled real quick.

-Written by John Layman (Chew, Mars Attacks) with art by Joe Eisma (Faith, Big Trouble in Little China)
